 MICRO-RESURFACING AND PROGRESSIVE 

CHEMICAL EXFOLIATION TREATMENTS AND PEELS

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your cosmetic goals. A skin care regimen will be designed to help you improve and maintain healthier looking skin at home. Typically, a series of five or six progressive exfoliation services are recommended spaced two weeks apart to achieve most cosmetic goals. Once the ‘series of six’ is complete, exfoliation is recommended once every 30-60 days to maintain results.

A non-surgical, non-chemical, non-invasive method of skin resurfacing that utilizes fine diamonds with vacuum suction to provide exfoliation of the superficial layers of the skin.   SPA ETIQUETTE/POLICIES/REFUNDS

Cancellations: 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not given prior to cancelling an appointment, a credit card number is required for all future appointments. If 24 hour cancellation notice is not given the second time or beyond, the credit card on file will be charged for the booked appointment cost. If your appointment is linked to a discounted prepaid voucher: the value of your voucher credit will be forfeited for the first cancellation without 24 hour notice and only the paid value, if a balance stands, may be used for a future service.

Late Policy: Please call the spa as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be considered as a cancellation without 24 hour notice. If you are running late you may still come in for your appointment, but the service may be shortened to accommodate the remainder of the time frame in which it was booked for. You may also reschedule your service for a later date; however, a credit card number will be necessary to rebook your future appointment. If you are unable to make the future rebooked appointment your card will be charged for the cost for the booked appointment. If your appointment is linked to a discounted prepaid voucher: If you choose to not receive the service because you are running late it will be considered a cancellation without 24 hour notice. The value of your voucher credit will be forfeited for the first cancellation without 24 hour notice and only the paid value, if a balance stands, may be used for a future service.

Personal Property Liability: Please leave your valuables at your side, at home, or in your vehicle. Unfortunately, the spa cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Gratuity Etiquette/Policy: Standard gratuity for spa services is 15-20% on the value of your service, excluding any discounted pricing or coupons. Please tip on the full value of your service(s) even if you are receiving a promotion or discount. When  an add-on is included in your facial such as a chemical peel or microdermabrasion the value of the add-on is decreased to the add-on price as opposed to the A` La Carte' price to help reduce the amount of gratuity for our clients that choose to add these services during their facial. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service please notify a manager before leaving. If less than 10% is tipped to your esthetician more than once, a mandatory 15% gratuity will be added to all future appointment bookings. Our service providers work very hard to please you and provide the same quality service to you whether the spa chooses to discount your service through marketing campaigns or not.
